Growing businesses often juggle responsibilities like managing employee well-being, insurance benefits, and administrative tasks across multiple organizational entities. The lack of a centralized solution leads to inefficiencies, increased workload, and difficulty in sharing responsibilities effectively.

Entity Support, a feature designed on Nova Benefits portal to streamline the complexities of multi-entity management, offering

A dashboard that provides an at-a-glance overview of all entities, with easy access to individual entity details.


Access Flexibility:
Options to share limited or complete access with team members or external collaborators.


Seamless Entity Switching:
Allows users to switch focus between entities effortlessly.


Customizable CD Balances:
Supports individual CD balances for each entity or a shared common balance, based on organizational needs.

- Conducted research with HR teams and business managers to identify pain points in multi-entity management.
- Key findings: A need for better visibility, role-based access control, and simplified workflows.


Ideating & Prototyping:
- Designed wireframes and prototypes for the consolidated view, access sharing flows, and seamless switching mechanism.
- Iterated designs based on user feedback to ensure intuitive navigation and clear access controls.


Collaboration & Development:
- Worked closely with engineers to ensure a seamless integration of access control and entity management features.
- Incorporated feedback loops to refine functionality and usability.
